All stones used to be part of a greater stone.
Stones give birth by breaking down, disintegrating.
As the new stone becomes shaped by it's environment it becomes in appearance more as a whole thing, it loses traces of being a broken thing.
Maybe it forgets.
At some point it will be broken again or perhaps eroded down and down in to tinier particles until these particles again under the weight of earth and water become part of greater stones.
A stone’s appearance is due to the shaping of it’s environment.
As it travels to new environments it becomes a new stone.
The mind is part stone and part earth and part water and the environment which shapes it is likewise part stone and part earth and part water.
